Each package lists exactly what is included and excluded on its own page. Typically included: accommodation, meals on safari, a professional driver-guide, the safari vehicle and park fees. International flights, visas, travel insurance, tips and personal expenses are usually excluded.
On a private safari the vehicle and guide are yours alone, so you set the pace and the stops. On a shared safari you travel with other guests, which lowers the cost. Tell us your preference and we will quote accordingly.
For the dry season (late June to October) and the Christmas period, three to six months ahead is sensible, and longer for the most popular migration camps. Outside these times shorter notice is often possible.
Yes. Every package can be changed: add or remove days, change lodges, add Zanzibar, or combine parks differently. Tell us what you would like to change.
A 30% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 60 days before arrival (full payment if you book within 60 days). Accepted payment methods are listed on your written quote. See our Booking Terms for full details.
